Is the interface really too outdated for my 2015 sports van?

What do you mean by "license number"? It's only available on the "About..." screen. Or are you referring to the serial number of the interface? It's located on the interface.

You need a Screenshot of your "About..." screen. If you are a new customer or the interface is from a different source, please ensure the invoice is addressed to your name.
