What would you like to tell us? Please provide a clear post, ideally including an Autoscanner report of the vehicle in question.

Here's a tip regarding the HEX-NET, especially relevant given current circumstances: If you are scanning a vehicle using VCDS-Mobile and cannot find a corresponding ROD (Release Order Document) for that vehicle, try connecting the HEX-NET to the configuration tool and check for updates.
Then, the corresponding file will be uploaded to the HEX-NET and will subsequently be available for use with VCDS-Mobile.

Bei Nutzung der Windows-VCDS Version ist obiges NICHT notwendig, eine aktuelle VCDS InNstallation enthält immer alle ROD Dateien.
In most cases, the issue is simply an outdated VCDS installation on the computer. Therefore, if you're missing files like the ROD or label file, always check to see if you have the latest version and include an Autoscan with the software.
