The vehicle is in its standard configuration but has been modified for increased performance.
I haven't checked anything yet, I've only read the error codes.

I've replaced them now, and so far, there have been no errors.

Have you ever had your car lifted up on a lift and inspected the exhaust system?
In my opinion, the statement is quite clear:

So, it's the sensor located behind the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) and the storage catalyst. There's only one sensor there, so it's practically impossible to confuse it with another one. Otherwise, please upload a picture of your car from underneath, and we can circle the area in question.
