Audi A6 C4: Crankshaft Pulley Bolts

Camshaft sprocket bolts for Audi A6 C4 2.5 TDI.
I need new screws for the camshaft pulleys to replace the timing belt.
These screws appear to be no longer available. Not even from Audi Tradition.
Where can I still find these screws (new)?

Camshaft sprocket, front.

M12 x 1.5 x 35, Grade 10.9

Rear camshaft sprocket.

M14 x 1.5 x 50
