Hi there,

I would like to retrofit an original parking system to my A3. I already have the following parts.

Control unit from an Audi A6 --> being programmed for use in an Audi A3.
*Sensors
*APC Bumper*

What I still need is an A3-specific wiring harness that connects the sensors to the SG (System Gateway) and from the SG to the vehicle's electrical system.

Did anyone know where the system needs to be connected to the electrical system?

Okay, I don't want to say anything incorrect. As far as I know, the system from Delphi (which isn't 100% certain) corresponds 100% to the part that is also available as a retrofit kit. So, in my opinion, you don't need much more than mass contact with the body and a positive connection from the reverse gear light, which you can tap directly into the lamp. Does the entire system only work with acoustic signals?
