HELP, Passi is barely running

Hello, I'm new here.
Okay, just so you know, I have a 2001 Passat with a 96kW TDI engine and 74,000 km on it.
And it has a tuning chip from WKR installed.


My car is shaking when it's stopped and won't accelerate. Sometimes, you have to let go.
It barely idles and is constantly jerking and sputtering, and it's also making a knocking sound.

But if I ever get it to go over 2000 RPM, it runs perfectly fine and smoothly, and there's no noticeable loss of power.

What on earth is going on ?
Is the turbo broken? 'When I recently took my car to the mechanic, he told me that my turbocharger is slowly starting to fail.'
I can't imagine that it's the Tubo.


Slowly but surely, this damn car is starting to get on my nerves.

'Saying 'my engine barely runs' isn't helpful here. Please tell us the engine code of the car. Also, please try to describe the problems in more detail.' Furthermore, it would be interesting to know what steps have already been taken and whether any error logs exist.
