Hello,
I recently wanted to have my fuel injectors checked at a Bosch service center.
AKE 2.5 TDI... VP44..
The 'expert' told me directly: It's not possible. We can no longer test two-stage injectors; the only thing you can do is replace them.
Could you please give me a second opinion on this?
Thank you.

Tell your Klingon to order and hang up the workshop poster with the number 4 400 001 051.
Of course, you can test a two-stage demand valve regulator. While the standard equipment only allows you to determine the opening pressure of the first stage, this already provides information about the rest of the system's function. And, of course, you can assess the spray pattern regardless of the combination used!

Hi,
It works perfectly with a Hartridge device. Both opening pressures and spray pattern can be assessed. The Bosch technician is not up-to-date on the latest information.
Goodbye, Josie.
