I found it amusing that the T5 has an extra ribbed servo cable running in front of all the other three coolers (LLK, AC, water).

Now I've seen that the pipe connecting the storage container to the pump in the G3 is also referred to as a "cooling pipe."

As it is currently positioned (in the slipstream of the engine carrier), it won't be able to cool very effectively!

How hot does the liquid inside actually get?

Reason for this question:

Okay, here's the translation:

Thank you.

... there was another T.

I don't know what the f*ck it was.

Hello Martin,

Yes, I also noticed at the junkyard that many cars have a loop in the metal pipe in the front area, especially smaller Japanese cars had this (I was looking for a piece of servo hose icon_smile.gif). It seems to be a normal solution. My Saab didn't have it, and the power steering has already been running for 420,000 km without an oil change...

"In the rear of the T3 VW bus, the sauce gets so hot that you can still touch the hose carefully, although I don't know what it's like at the front or what it looks like when driving at full speed. In the original design, there are also metal pipes there, perhaps for cost reasons."

hello
Carsten.

@UweViewing profile: Uwe:
