Hall Sensors for 02N Transmission: Differences?

Are there different Hall sensors for the 02N (6-speed) transmission, or have there been changes to the transmission gear ratios in the new Sharan?

Can anyone tell me if there have been any changes in the new model regarding the 6-speed transmission and its gear ratios? It would also be helpful to know the date when these changes were implemented.
I'm having a problem where the speedometer of a newer model shows a higher speed and distance than what's accurate, even though the instrument cluster is adapted to the manual transmission.
