Hi,
Okay, I'm having the following problem: I have a 1.9L TDI PD engine with 130 horsepower, and I've already installed a mechanical boost pressure gauge (connected to the pressure sensor).
Now I've installed a WAES (Wastegate Actuator Electronic System) where the injection amount increases linearly with the boost pressure. Therefore, I've connected the WAES control unit to the boost pressure gauge using a T-connector.
Okay, now let's talk about the problem: when the pressure sensor reaches the set pressure range (in my case, 1 bar), the pump starts injecting the methanol/water mixture.
Since the mixture is injected before the throttle valve, the pressure in the system increases, which causes more mixture to be injected. This results in the pump immediately increasing its output, and this process continues until a pressure of 10 bar is reached, at which point the turbocharger hose bursts.
How could I modify this to prevent the 'swinging' effect from occurring?
(So, essentially, separating the printing location from the injection point in some way?)
Thank you in advance.

"Pressure vessel"
"Shut-off valve" or "control valve".
What are you talking about?
Where does the ASZ (presumably a piece of equipment) have a pressure vessel where overpressure is applied during the charging process?
And what kind of control valve is that supposed to be? It only has a shut-off valve.
And you're adding 10 bar to that?
Have fun - but please don't bring that bomb near me.

Okay, so I had it installed at my VW authorized service center, and they told me they tapped into the pressure line at the 'pressure sensor' and connected it to the mixture control valve (or 'shut-off valve?') for injection.
And the pump can only generate a maximum of 140 PSI (approximately 10 bar). When it pushes that pressure into the line, there are 10 bar on the line where the pressure gauge is connected, and then the pressure hose bursts off.
He was referring to the round component in this picture (not my car!) as a 'pressure vessel'.

Hm,
In the picture, I can see a red hose that goes into the intake manifold.
Is that the WAES or the sensor hose?
Why is the hose disconnected from the EGR valve's vacuum connection?
Total confusion.

That's not my engine; I only used the picture as an example because the component he's describing as a pressure sensor (the round part) is clearly visible in it.
I'm going to try taking some pictures of my engine and uploading them here, but it's taking a while...

Okay, I just disassembled the thing to take some pictures, and wouldn't you know it, it's completely broken now.
The mechanic disconnected the pressure line from the WAES pressure system, which is nonsensical because you can't take the pressure from where the pump is building it up.
I'm going to replace the engine control unit, which is supposed to control the turbo boost, with one that is controlled by the mass airflow sensor. That should definitely work.
Thank you again, without the inquiry, I would never have broken it down and seen....

That means, in plain terms, that the pressure for the engine control unit and the boost pressure gauge was tapped off from the WAES pressure line?

That's exactly what it should mean, .
Yes, I also think it's great. 'Specialized workshop.' I thought I would have it done by people who have a good understanding of what they're doing... well, you can be mistaken.
