Hello,
I need some help analyzing two log files. I created them because I believe my 1Z engine isn't delivering its full performance. Especially in the lower RPM range, it seems extremely weak.
That's why I created two log files.
Group 003+008+004 Idle
Group 003+008+011 with DZT.
I also had an error entry in the memory.
Code 01117
The vehicle's fuel consumption figures are acceptable (see signature), but the elasticity and power output are poor.
It would be great if someone could take a look at the logs. VW Golf III TDI Avenue, MKB 1Z, EZ96
VW Passat 3B Variant Highline, MKB AEB, EZ98, LPG
Opel Vectra C SW First Edition, MKB Z19DTH, EZ05
Aktuell: Ford Ranger 3,2l, Automatik, MKB SAFA, EZ 2014

So, I can't identify any clear indications of the problem you're experiencing.
Please generate another DZR log with values 004 and 008, and compare the target (scheduled) and actual DZR times. Gruß Ulf

Thanks, Ulf. I'll run another log today.
The only thing that seems a bit strange to me is the boost pressure curve.
I think the turbocharger is building boost too slowly. The vehicle seems to behave similarly in this weather (2-7°C) as it does in summer temperatures, meaning it subjectively has slightly less power; subjectively, it has "decent" power in the range of 10-15°C.
Or I might have to accept the fact that my old 1Z engine had a significant amount of inherent variation, leading to higher readings.
The only error message that is still unclear to me is the one related to the Lima clamp. As far as I know, this error indicates a safety shutdown due to overload of the alternator (Lima). VW Golf III TDI Avenue, MKB 1Z, EZ96

Ich finde, dass der Ladedruck zu langsam aufgebaut wird. |
I don't think so.
Starting from full throttle (driver's desired value = 44 mg), the actual value practically does not lag behind the target value. Gruß Ulf

Oops.
I'm not able to do anything anymore... sorry .
You can ignore that error; I have it too because of something internal, and I just delete it when I get a chance.
Okay, please provide the German text you would like me to translate into English. I will only provide the translation. Transparency, Teamwork
... there was another T.
I don't know what the f*ck it was.

Okay, based on the log data you posted, it shows a really well-regulated boost pressure profile.
Always try to stay on track.
"Even the LMM values look better than mine."
A decrease of just 10 cents in the interest rate makes a noticeable difference on a loan, making it significantly more affordable.
Where 2 mg/R already looks almost perfectly tuned at 903 U/min .
The injection start control in the LL also seems to be fine.
I can't find anything either - except for a surprisingly low fuel consumption.
Damit kaem ich 1430 km ...
