Hello everyone,
============

I drive a 1999 Toledo with an AFN engine (120,000 km) and I have...
For about a year now, I've been experiencing recurring, and sometimes prolonged, major problems.
It's experiencing some jolting. Currently, the vehicle can't even reach speeds above 120 km/h.
That's obviously not fun. icon_sad.gif

I already suspected the mass airflow sensor (MAF) and had disconnected the connector.
Das ergabe überhaupt keine Veränderung beim Ruckeln. Nwe wanted
I'll check the relay 109 first, and then the needle lift sensor.

Where is this relay normally located? I've encountered this issue before.
Did someone post a picture?

I would appreciate a small tip. I have found a relay 111.
That's probably something else...

Schon mal einen Dank im vorraus und einen schönen 4. Advent.
Best regards, Andreas.

HI,

Since you probably don't have a lot of money, and you want to start a "let's just trade everything" free-for-all, I suggest a systematic approach:
( icon_arrow.gif Feature article )

Why was the mass airflow sensor connector disconnected?
That will definitely trigger an error code in the MSTG, which will mask the actual root causes.

When there is jerking, the connector from the transmission is disconnected. icon_arrow.gif Technical article.

That the car only reaches 120 km/h suggests it might be a mass airflow sensor (MAF) issue icon_arrow.gif. What values is it showing?

Have you ever done a knock test on a NHG (presumably a type of musical instrument)? How did it turn out?

To find where the 109 is located, use the search function and try completely absurd words like "wo 109" ... icon_evil.gif

Hello Martin,
============

Thank you for the quick response. I'm actually located at "wo 109".
Made some progress, even though I was already at "Relais 109" yesterday.
I had been searching for and browsing through it. I have since removed the relay from...
built, the connections were resoldered, and it was determined that this one was also faulty.
"Nothing came of the action. Here's a picture of the location where I found it - I had the whole..."
Looking for time spent in the engine compartment - I'll link to it later.

I have already analyzed those articles before, and just now as well.
I have reviewed it again. The section where it is described that you need to...
I couldn't find any connectors on the transmission that need to be unplugged.

Den Nadelhubgeber werde ich mir morgen mal vor nehmen. I had.
Just noticed during the test drive that the car is extremely...
It smokes heavily when it experiences performance issues. (It's billowing smoke.)
He should get diesel, then... icon_confused.gif icon_sad.gif

Due to the LMM (likely referring to a mass airflow sensor), I would probably have to take it to a Bosch service center or similar.
Since I don't want to open up the pipes and I don't have any intermediate...
I have a plug. However, I'm almost afraid that it's the needle.
"If it's a hub, everything else would be too expensive anyway..."

Best regards,
Andreas...

Turn on the lines ??? icon_eek.gif

Your tractor has an engine control unit that is not designed for calculating prime numbers. icon_biggrin.gif

With a data interface and corresponding software (both available in this shop), you can read out the values.

Hello everyone,
===========

Well, the issue with the control unit is already clear.

If I knew how the two-pin connectors were wired, I could...
possibly even progress further on your own. I have an OBD-2 connector for reading out data.
I have one, and so does an old version of VAG-COM.

If I knew which PIN on the two-pin connectors corresponded to which function...
PIN des 16poligen Steckers legen muss, käme ich schon weiter. In the shop, there is...
There's an adapter for 39 euros, which I understand. However, since I have the car...
I actually want to avoid having to sell it, as the subsequent...
Vehicles will certainly all have the 16-pin connector.

Here are the two pictures that might help you in your search.
Relay 109 can help. This is what it looks like in my Toledo, and in the engine...
It is also not located in that room...

Best regards,
Andreas...
