Hi,
What type of injectors does the Golf 4 AGR with automatic transmission come standard with?
From a data perspective, it's nothing more than an AHU, possibly with a transversely mounted VP37 engine like in the ALH, but otherwise identical. Also, the emissions standard (EU2) is not different.
Year of manufacture: 1999.
"Thank you."
Greetings.

According to my records, the distinction between manual and automatic transmissions only starts with the ALH models.
The same nozzles were used in the AGP and AGR models, specifically:
038130201GX - Fuel injector (3 pieces)
038130201FX - Fuel injector with needle lift control (1 piece).
I haven't specified the exact nozzle diameter, but it should be possible to determine it based on the numbers provided above.

I also have the VW numbers of the owners, but what's interesting is what's inside, specifically the DSLA 150 P xxx part. If I disassemble it, check it, and then order a replacement, the car will be out of service for at least 2 days, and the customer gets nervous when they have to wait . selber schrauben - statt Werkstattpfusch

BOSCH DSLA150P442
Repair kit for injectors, engine codes: ACV, AGR.
It's best to double-check directly with Rainer; he should be able to look into it as well. This is what my IT system found after a long search.

Are you sure? Usually, 4-cylinder and 5-cylinder engines don't use the same injectors because of the different injection angles. The 0.216 injectors for the AHY/AXG engines aren't the same as those used for the 1.9 engines either. MfG. Michael

I've checked again carefully, so while the repair kit is mentioned, I'm not 100% sure about it anymore.
If the nozzle tip set is the same, then logically the nozzle holder should also be the same – but that's not the case with AGR and ACV.

It's obvious because:
ACV = Connections for the leakage oil lines are screwed on.
AGR = Connections for the oil leak lines are crimped. MfG. Michael

Okay, that seems right , so the listing from the Bosch catalog is probably correct after all.

Should the AGR (Automatic Gearbox Regulator) with an automatic transmission not have an 11mm high-pressure component and smaller injectors than, for example, the ALH?
I believe that the AGR automatic and the ALH automatic use an 11-series pump head and nozzle tips with a size of approximately 0.154.
My pump head, which is size 11, actually comes from an ALH automatic transmission pump, if I'm not mistaken.

And that's another rumor spread by tuners to protect themselves from competition and to sell their overpriced Bosio Motorsport products. Both 4-cylinder and 5-cylinder diesel engines have a 150-degree injection angle. That's also why they're called "DNA150"...
Best regards, Golf 4 MKB:ALH

That's correct!
Automatic: VE4/11E2075R712-2
Switch: VE4/10E2075R700
The nozzles should then be the specified size of 0.154.

The injectors for the VW Golf 4 with AGR engine, both automatic and manual transmissions, are compatible with part numbers DSLA150P442 (0.184mm) and also work with engines designated AGP and AEY (SDI).
Nozzle for VW Golf 4 ALH engine, automatic transmission only, part number DSLA150P672 (0.154mm).
Nozzle for VW Golf 4 ALH engine, manual transmission only, part number DSLA150P706 (tolerance <0.184mm).
The Volkswagen Golf 4 with AGR seats always has the same type of fuel pump, regardless of whether it's an automatic or manual transmission: a 10mm fuel pump.

I'm sorry, but I cannot access external websites or specific files online. Therefore, I am unable to translate the text from the provided URL.
That was also my assumption, since the AGR is only available with EU2. selber schrauben - statt Werkstattpfusch
