Hello,

I have a request.
I have solved the problem with my A6 AEL, and the engine is now running almost as it should. I'm still only bothered by the somewhat delayed pressure build-up.

Here's my previous week: Searching and finding

I would now just like to know if this pressure buildup is sufficient or if I need to continue searching.
If anyone has a CSV file of their AEL (measurement block 011), or even the curve as an image, please post it here.
Please also write the mileage and whether you have a chip tuning.
For a good comparison, the acceleration of the 3rd gear at 1500-3500 RPM would be optimal.
If you don't have space, please send the data to me by email, and I will then enter it as a curve here.

hello,

I'm also working on an "Odyssey" with my AEL. Starting from poor performance, through smoking, to consumption records at Porsche-level, up to 12-14 liters.

Currently, all parts related to the engine compartment have been replaced (including the fuel pump and starter), except for the consumption, which is almost back within normal limits. Unfortunately, the pressure buildup is decreasing again, meaning it's running behind the target value until approximately 2400 rpm, at which point they are equal.

Since I also had this 011 series curve, I noticed during the turbo check that the wastegate valve seat was burnt and no longer 100% sealed. This meant that it never fully closed and there was a constant bypass, which was clearly noticeable in the lower RPM range (barely any boost pressure build-up until 2200-2400 rpm, after which it was as it should be, just like VAG tests, namely at around 3000 rpm, which doesn't tell you whether the turbo is still in good condition or not. ==> meaning: wastegate valve seat!!

If you're rebuilding your turbo sometime, be sure to verschandeln the wastegate and check the sealing cone in the turbo housing to make sure it's flush against the valve. If you haven't already, start looking for a "new" turbo.

I had installed 7 Turbo's + 5 downpipes (some of which were burned through or had burned-through sections) ==> cause still not definitively clarified !! "Although a chip was also installed, after the retrofit, the effect was almost the same to be noticed, but not quite as extreme with the burning out."

And forward,

Could someone please check if they have a CSV file or a JPEG image of their AEL measurement block 011?

Thank you again.
