After I had to remove my radio, there was the usual hassle when installing it: fitting the phantom power adapter and the ISO VW to ISO radio adapter into the small compartment. After it was finally in place, there was no radio reception because one of the antenna connectors had broken off during the process.
"Now, I want to significantly extend the cable from the phantom power adapter so that it can be permanently installed behind the radio and doesn't always slide into the slot."
I'm converting the connections to BNC to prevent the connectors from coming loose.
Can I simply use RG58 (50 Ohm) cable to extend it? What specifications does car antenna cable actually have? --------------------------------------------

I suspect you need RG59 (75 Ohm radio/TV) cable.
However, this short piece will also work fine with RG58 cable (mainly used for radio equipment).
Best regards.

Why 75 ohms?
ISO antenna connectors always have a specification of 50 ohms. --------------------------------------------

I haven't really taken a close look at the plug yet.
I'm more inclined to look back at the era of radio and TV technicians.
RG58 50 Ohm -> Networking, Radio Systems.
RG59 75Ohm -> Radio/TV.
If the connector is marked with 50 ohms, then the RG58 cable is compatible.
Best regards.
Maxx.
