Hello.

Today, I successfully replaced all four spark plugs with four new BERU plugs. It went smoothly. The day before, I sprayed everything around the spark plug wells with rust remover and warmed up the car before the replacement. All four candles were completely covered in soot, as can be seen in the picture from dieselmartin.

Since I used to work a lot with the older VW diesel engines,
I bought myself a measuring device with a clamp meter.
That goes up to 1000 amps.
This can be used to reliably determine whether and how many glow plugs are defective.
