Yes, I can't say which part is more durable, but at least one of the parts is located much further out on the interlocking, so the force is also reduced.
You can lift a beetle onto a 6mm screw Clear Shear Force / Tensile Force: just for getting to know each other Gruß, der Teileklaus

The tip has a diameter of 8 or 10mm. If it's 8mm, that's 50mm². The estimated radius at the KW (presumably a connection point) is 100mm, which at 450NM results in 4500 N. Therefore, the shear stress is 4500N/50mm² = 90 N/mm². Gruß Christian

Okay, I trust you/the Dorn. If only the X3 hadn't been there. That's why I know exactly how 200Nm + 180° "feel". I've replaced the wheel bearings, and the central screw of the drive shaft gets exactly that amount. 200Nm is no problem, the first 90° also went smoothly, but from around 120° it became "good" and difficult, and from 150° I was firmly convinced that something big was about to happen. And, how about the 200 NM+ 180 degrees?
1.5 m pipe and 80 KG or less?
And that's what you were trying to achieve with the loose engine Gruß, der Teileklaus

2 m pipe, and well sealed. In KG, no idea Subjective: A lot. MfG. Michael

Hello Michael,
Although I don't know the AKE, couldn't you just screw a fixture onto the KW timing belt wheel? That's what I do with the 1Z. I created the housing from steel plate, with an opening for the central screw and two holes for screwing in the threaded holes for the pulley.
Then you have the moment at the lever arm of the key and the moment at the fulcrum in the same plane.
Best regards,
Herbert

Good idea. Would also work without problems with the AKE, because the vibration dampener on the timing belt pulley is fixed with screws. MfG. Michael

Okay, here is the final report:
Came with the thorn, but the thorn represents more of a "disposable product" in this usage. It's already a bit crooked. I think he might be able to fix it again, but he'll definitely break it on the third time. MfG. Michael

When I had it on, I also used a thorn.
Worked wonderfully!
I also had strong concerns about pruning.
The screw must be completely screwed in and then evenly, without jerking, tightened to 180 degrees, of course, according to the 200Nm specification.
