Differences in Engine Control Unit (ECU) for ASV 81KW

Hello,

I own a Golf IV with an 81 kW ASV engine. My control unit has the following number:
038 906 012 FB. Now I can get a control unit for a Seat Leon, also with an ASV engine, at a good price, but this control unit has the ending "AT" instead of "FB".
Can I easily install the control unit from a Seat, or are there any potential problems?
What are the differences?

The motor will move (after the WFS has been adjusted).
When detecting, for example, clutch and/or brake pedal switches, the following may occur:
Problems arise (GRA is not working correctly, the quantity reduction during switching operations is too slow).
If the wiring diagrams of the donor and recipient vehicles differ regarding the input/output signals,
If they are equal, it should work.
