I have been following your discussions and have come to a conclusion.
'That you are probably the only ones who could help me.'
When I drive uphill under full load, and the engine has to work hard, it shakes violently.
Replacing the voltage supply relay 109 proved to be the correct solution.
It has been identified, but the problem is not completely resolved.
The error memory is clear now, even though it previously showed me a defective engine control unit.
I would be happy to hear any ideas anyone might have.

Hi.
The needle valve actuator often causes jerky movements.
Test: Bring the engine to approximately 3000 rpm while it's idling, and tap the longer fuel injector with a tool.
If the engine starts to sputter, it's most likely the NHG (noise, heat, and vibration) system.
Is the fuel filter part of the maintenance interval?
Do you have VAGCOM available, or can you perform diagnostic tests that record data such as the fuel injection timing? Gruß Ulf

Wow, that was fast.
I'm going to replace the diesel filter this weekend. It's currently at 51,000 km.
inside.
If the needle valve actuator causes jolting or jerking when the engine is backfired, it is worn out.
Okay, good to know. I'll try it tomorrow.
Can it wear out faster due to poor filter characteristics?
(The previous owner was probably negligent about maintenance), or is that the case at 260,000 km?
normal?

I forgot.
Of course, I can also monitor the injection start settings while the vehicle is in motion.
I think it's ad group 04.

Hello Ulf,
I know it's a silly question, but where is the fuel injector located on the AFN engine?
'My car also started doing that at a whopping 120,000 km! Is that normal? The regular service has always been done!'
Thank you.
Best regards, Florian.

Hi,
"I may not be Ulf, but I'll just answer for now."
The NHG is the "large" injector nozzle with the cable attached to the third cylinder. Gruß Bertil

I've experienced something similar. I was almost desperate. Eventually, I soaked the Mass Air Flow sensor (MAF) in brake cleaner, and after that, the problem disappeared. Interestingly, there was no error code in my system!

'Im' is a German word that can have several meanings depending on the context. It can be a contraction of 'in dem' (in the), 'im' (in the), or 'am' (at the). It can also be a possessive pronoun, meaning 'his' or 'her.'
Here are some examples of how 'im' can be used:
* 'Ich bin **im** Haus.' (I am **in** the house.)
* 'Das Buch ist **im** Regal.' (The book is **in** the shelf.)
* 'Er ist **im** Urlaub.' (He is **on** vacation.)
* 'Das ist **mein** Auto.' (This is **my** car.)
* 'Das ist **sein** Haus.' (This is **his** house.)
If you can provide more context, I can give you a more specific translation of 'im.'

Those who can read have a clear advantage.
I visited TDI-Ruckeln.de and found a 100% accurate diagnosis of the problem.
Thank you everyone.
See you next time!

In the forum, everyone also voted for the NHG, and after you told me...
I also had that error when I was describing the test.
I found exactly my car's year and model (1Z) on TDI-Ruckeln.de, and it also has a...
100% accurate error description.
But mine isn't finished enough yet for an investment to be worthwhile.
With 260,000 km on the odometer, it's rare that someone drives at full throttle consistently.
There's definitely nothing that can beat a forum like that.
Thank you very much.

We are still experiencing that annoying 'one-time jolt' problem, similar to the one described above.
I now finally have access to VCDS (Vag-Com) and would like to know which measuring blocks I should log to help narrow down the problem.

The needle lift sensor tells the EDC when the injection process has started.
Does that make sense? / Does that click?
