BLS, very high charging pressure during regeneration

Take a look at the boost pressure of a regenerating BLS (Battery Load Simulator) when you give it gas while it's stationary (this noticeable peak in the middle - I still can't use Excel 2007 properly).

Why is he so inflexible when it comes to the boost pressure?

Possibly, a forced regulation would be perfect for leak testing while the system is stationary.
