The hoses seem to be okay. The turbocharger was refurbished by a company, and it appears that the problem might be with the N75 valve or a misadjusted VTG (Variable Turbine Geometry).

The car used to have a faulty main control unit.

I've already checked with the workshop again, using the VCDS device.

The owner was looking at the LOG (likely referring to a logbook or similar record) and claims that the VTG (likely referring to a valve or similar mechanism) doesn't have the full range of adjustment and is stuck.

I'll have someone take a look at it again; I can't lift the box right now.

I would also say that Köhlerliesel is sitting under the steering paddles.

The VTG (Variable Turbine Geometry) was stuck because a weasel had chewed on a coolant hose, causing coolant to constantly leak onto the VTG. After only a few months, the turbocharger looked like it had 300,000 km on it.
