Hello dear community,
Since I haven't found anything similar in my previous searches, I decided to start a new topic. And specifically...
I have a VW Touran 2.0 TDI (Engine Code: BKD) with a 6-speed DSG (02E) from 2005. The problem always occurs in a cold state, just after the engine has started: I get in the morning, start the engine, and put the reverse gear into the DSG. After driving backwards for five meters, I now put D into the DSG, and that's when the problem occurs: When switching from R to D, you can hear and feel a kind of 'thud' coming from the gearbox. As if the gear is forcing the gear into the gear with force.
I'm guessing that this isn't good for the transmission, and I now want to try to fix it somehow. The independent workshop is at a loss, and I definitely won't be going to my dealer

.
I have recently had a gear oil change performed approximately 5000 km ago, and the oil was already 'normal' (dark brown/black), and the mechanic also indicated that there was definitely some wear on the clutch. No wonder after 210,000 km.
Therefore, I suspect the clutch might be the problem. Perhaps it's already quite worn, and the gearbox control unit doesn't know how far to depress the clutch. I wanted to have the basic gearbox settings reset, but the independent garage can't do that. I found the instructions for doing this already here in the forum, but I don't have a VCDS and, to be honest, I'm not really comfortable working on the electronics. Maybe someone from the Burghausen area could help me out

.
Does anyone perhaps have an idea what the problem might be? Or has anyone else experienced a similar problem and found a solution?
I am open to any suggestions and assistance!
Best regards, Martin
