Engine Replacement: Strange Error Codes Explained

Hallo Community, ich hab ein paar Probleme mit meinem 2015er GTD(90tkm). Ich hatte nach Erwerb des Fahrzeuges Probleme mit schleichendem Leistungsverlust, der Wagen zog nicht mehr richtig und klang sehr rauh, daraufhin hab ich die Injektoren gewechselt(der 3.war ausserhalb der Norm) was aber nicht viel brachte, war dann noch in 3 versch. Werkstätten, keiner konnt helfen. Also letzte Konsequentz, im Netz nach nem Ersatzobjekt geschaut und fündig geworden. Hab nen CUNA-Motor aus nem A3 mit 40tkm erworben und die letzten Tage wurde der dann implantiert. Am Motor waren Inj.,Turbolader noch dran.Beim Ausbau meines alten Motor haben wir dann festegestellt, daß der Lader total ölig auf der Druckseite war und außen im Bereich der VTG total verrußt. Lt. Recherche im Netz deutet das auf einen zugesetzten DPF hin, also nochmals recherchiert und um die Ecke ne kleine Firma gefunden, die den DPF gespült hat für ganz schmales Geld.Am nächsten Tag den DPF abgeholt und lt. Aussage des Chefs ist der vom Durchgang sehr gut gewesen, schon vor der Reinigung.Also frisch ans Werk und alles wieder eingebaut.Vakuumbefüllgerät dran, Kühlmittel (G12evo) drauf, Öl rein,Kraftstoffsystem entlüftet.Der Motor sprang nach dem 2. Versuch direkt an, läuft auch ruhig und zieht gut unten raus, Vollgas hab ich ihm noch nicht abverlangt,Verbrauch ist für mich sehr positiv,ich komme hierdurch Touren im Thüringer Wald auf ca. 5ltr, den alten hab ich kaum unter 6 gebracht.Nach dem Einbau Fehlerscan gemacht(siehe Anhang). Der Fehlerspeicher war vor dem Wechsel komplett leer.Nach dem Wechsel tauchten dann die Fehler auf. Die gelbe MKL war für ca. 10Km an und ging dann aus.Den Fehler mit der Lambda wäre noch plausibel für mich, vlt. hat mein Kumpel den Motor irgendwo aufgesetzt und die Sonde beschädigt.Aber für mich unerklärlich ist der ACC-Fehler im MSTG! Sorry, I just realized what kind of block this is, and I promise to do better in the future.
The battery has been on the charger the whole time, and it doesn't even twitch when I try to start it. If I clear the error codes now, they immediately reappear.
I'll warm it up again later, then turn off the engine and use just the ignition to clear the error codes.

To install a different used engine, even from a different division of the company, without a detailed error analysis and just hoping for the best, is, in my opinion, a completely rushed action.

Maybe you could tell us what all you've swapped out, so we can get an idea of which parts are now mixed together.

Gestern noch warm gefahren, Batt. abgeklemmt, 10 Min.gewartet, wieder dran und dann die Fehler direkt im Steuergerät gelöscht. AEverything's chic!
Now, I just need to somehow clear the last error from the control unit, but I keep getting "rejected by the control unit."
@VAG-Driver, it wasn't a hasty decision, I thought about it for a long time. The other engine is from an Audi, but it's still a CUNA!
Not much was changed; the other engine was essentially complete. I just need to fine-tune the DPF settings a bit. I've registered 4 grams, but I'll try 0 grams and see how it goes. I'll wait until the next inspection.

There are worse things. The issue is a loose connection, either in the actuator (which is a type of speaker) or its wiring.

Where does the "rejected" message come from when you try to delete an error?

Don't get too excited about the errors disappearing just yet; take it for a test drive first.

Yes, the control unit rejects the error code when attempting to clear it. I've heard that the speakers in them tend to fail after about 5 years, which makes sense!
