Troubleshooting Lambda Control - Error Code 033

I'm having trouble troubleshooting the Lambda control system.

According to the representative's guide, this concerns measurement block 033.

Display field 1: -10.0% ..... 10.0%, with a fluctuation of at least 2%.
Display field 2: Oxygen sensor voltage. Must oscillate at least 20 times per minute within the range of 0.0 to 1.0V.

The reading on indicator field 1 is within the normal range. The display shows a reading of -2% at idle, increases to 5% when the accelerator is pressed, and then returns to the idle reading.

Test of display field 2, voltage 1.45-1.56V, no oscillation.

What seems strange to me is the brief voltage spike, reaching up to 3.6V at its peak, when the motor speed is reduced, followed by a drop back to idle voltage.

Voltage spikes only occur when gas is being released; otherwise, the voltage remains between 1.4 and 1.6V.
