More Problems After Major Upgrade.

After replacing the turbocharger due to a lack of performance, and without any errors in the memory, the problem has now become even worse.
The engine only runs up to about 1500 RPM and then makes a rattling noise, like a pump or turbocharger.

The VTG lever doesn't move when I accelerate (even when fully engaged).

In the MWB11 actuator diagnosis, it fully opens and closes without getting stuck.

If I disconnect the vacuum hose from the VTG valve.
He turns it up smoothly and quietly .

MWB 011: Re-tested the basic settings and paid attention to the pressure behavior. Delta pressure: 370 mbar .

I think the VTG setting on the "reconditioned" loader is not set correctly .

It's difficult to adjust because you can hardly access it when it's installed.

I will remove the charger again and compare its settings with my old one.
