DPF does not regenerate. | Posts 16+

I also have a question regarding the DPF regeneration. I also own a VW Touran 1.9 TDI BLS engine and a new DPF was recently installed because the old one had 70g of ash and was full. After installing the new one, the ash reset function was activated. However, it no longer regenerates. The light indicated that the DPF needed to be regenerated, and the load was at 47%. However, nothing happened, and even forced regeneration did not work because the temperatures did not exceed 600 degrees.
I've already checked the other forums regarding the pressure sensor, but it seems to be working fine. Idle is 12, difference (offset 0). All temperatures are displayed and appear to be plausible. (One was replaced because it broke during removal). The lambda sensor was replaced. The AGR was checked and also appeared to be OK. Also, the LMM. And when driving, everything is also normal.
I'm quite at a loss as to why he's not initiating the regeneration.
Wanted to ask about the lambda value when idling with diesel. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find anything related to that either.

In the article, it was about my vehicle. When I replaced the cylinder head due to worn camshaft bearings, I installed a well-preserved shaft. This was a fatal mistake. The shaft came from a vehicle without a DPF. Please read the article again carefully; the engines have problems with worn camshafts in the camshaft area. The camshaft rises, has a nearly straight section of 1.5 cm, and then continues. This flat section is the area where approximately 10% more fuel is injected to get the DPF temperature above 700 degrees. Due to the pressure exerted by the pump elements, significant wear occurs on the levers.
Your SCAN says "Everything is OK", but this is about a mechanical fault that the control unit cannot record. You will likely need to remove the valve cover for inspection.

OK, that sounds logical. I still have everything original, but if there are really problems with the wear of the camshaft in the engines, it might also explain why it gets so full so quickly, even though I drive 100 km per day.
