I highly doubt whether using a bypass filter is a good idea for the ATD system.
Since a hydrocracked oil is being used here, the high pressures are essentially reverting the hydrocracked oil back into a conventional oil.
Similarly, the base number of the oil should be checked to ensure it doesn't become too acidic.
Similarly, what about the up to 7% biodiesel in gasoline? Does that mean you need to regularly check your oil for fuel dilution?
Furthermore, if you change the oil with a hot engine and then add oil that is not suitable for normal operating temperatures, you may have drained the old oil too early.
Warm up the engine normally. Wait 10 minutes until all the oil has drained into the pan. Open the oil filter and drain plug.
