Getting my wheel alignment done today - here's the report.

My question is now directed to you:
Is this properly configured?
2. What can I do to change the toe-in on the left side, or to bring it further within the tolerance range?
My steering wheel is now off-center by about 2cm to the right, even though the mechanic was careful. But it's probably because he aligned the steering wheel straight ahead on the alignment rack while the engine was off (power steering), which means it wasn't in its normal position.
