DSG 7-Speed: Problems After Reset

Yesterday, I tried to perform the basic setup following the instructions.
The initial setup without the engine running didn't work (it was aborted for safety reasons). So, I then performed the procedure with the engine running. There was a rattling sound in the transmission, which is normal. Finally, the output message: "Process completed."
After that, I conducted the test drive as described.

Now, let's get to the problem:
When driving in mode D, the clutch disengages when I release the accelerator. The display then no longer shows D3/D4/D7, but only "D". When I brake, the gears re-engage and remain engaged.
At level "S", everything is normal.

Does anyone have an idea? I need to travel from Berlin to Chemnitz tomorrow.

The problem is that I can't check if the basic settings are complete because I don't have the main device. I only have a list where I can query thousands of data points by selecting them (e.g., measured values).

What happens when you gently press the accelerator again and try to accelerate? Is there still a loss of power, or not?

Then it immediately engages again, and numbers appear on the display.

Isn't that the fuel-saving "sailing" feature, known from the Trabant 601?

Also, the Trabant didn't have an automatic transmission!
We just visited the Christmas market - however, there were no changes .

That sounds very much like the "free-running" function, so there should be something about that in the AI's settings (or it should be adjustable).

Out of desperation, I also deleted all the learning values in the default settings a little while ago (hoping that it would accept new ones), but unfortunately, that didn't work either.

I believe the "free power" only comes when you are consuming power at the current rate.

I only had the Tiguan for one day - and that was quite some time ago. But actually, you should be happy right away .

What a stupid little checkmark! The question is how it was activated, or whether it's automatically enabled as a default setting...
