2.7 TDI BPP Steuergerät – Does it support mileage?

I have a 2.7 TDI BPP in the A4 B7.
Unfortunately, when querying the KM (kilometers) traveled, the following message appears: "The control unit cannot be accessed or does not store the mileage."

Is this normal? The KI scan has cleared the mileage. (During the scan of all control units in the car).

Other diagnoses and coding work perfectly.
