My colleague wants to buy a car with a 101 horsepower PD TDI engine. He's looking into a deal involving the MKB ATD.
The dealer assured him that installing a GRA (presumably a graphics card) would be possible without any problems and would cost 450 euros (Hello, damage?).
Now, the master craftsman in the workshop said that it was generally not possible to install a GRA (Gas Return Actuator) in the 101 horsepower models.
What's wrong?
Is it officially not possible, but practically possible?
I converted my 130hp PD ASZ engine myself. Could the same conversion kit (i.e., for PD TDIs) be used?
Regards... |

It is at least possible with the Skoda Fabia. |

I once owned an ATD model from 2001 (a Golf 4 station wagon).
Upgrading the GRA (likely referring to a vehicle's graphics processing unit) was possible without any problems. My friendly mechanic did it for 150 euros. |

You're right, you only need the steering column lever, and then you have to unlock it using a computer! |

I was already thinking that.
I have no idea why the expert is saying something contradictory.
Anyway, the deal is off. My colleague bought a 101 horsepower car with GRA from Bavaria earlier, and he's probably picking it up next week.
'Nevertheless, thank you for the help!' |

hi,
Does anyone know if there are any other login codes available besides the three that are already known?
because it doesn't work with the known codes on my 3.0L engine.
It's a standard PD engine control unit (ECU) that has been programmed for a 3-cylinder engine.
It's possible that the GRA (Gasoline Direct Injection) system isn't included in this 3-cylinder version.
However, in measurement block 6, the last field contains the value 255.
Perhaps all you need is a different login code.
