SQ100 Transmission: Troubleshooting Basic Settings

I'm writing here for the first time. I hope you can help me.

I bought a VW UP from the year 2013 for my sister-in-law, which has an automated manual transmission with code 0ct / SQ100.

I performed a major service and repaired a few minor things.

After completing the work, I reset the service interval using VCDS and wanted to perform the basic settings (service) for the transmission as well.

The initial setup process has started, and I could hear the switching operations, but then the status changed from "running" to "unknown."

Now I have an error with code 19931 - Transmission system / P175F 00 (167) - Basic adjustment not performed.

Of course, I can't delete the error, and after trying again, it reappears with the same issue.

It was working normally before.

Now I'm at a loss and can't even start the car anymore.

I hope someone knows about this.

What was your selector switch position during the initial setup?

There appear to be two basic settings for this transmission that are applicable.

IDE08641 -- Adjust clutch end position.
IDE08643 -- Adjustment of the clutch engagement point.

However, I don't have a detailed procedure for these settings.

Please do not make any default settings that begin with the word "Reset..."

small update

I read the instructions and understood them to some extent, but it took me a while to realize that my car doesn't have the two relays mentioned (this only applies to vehicles with start-stop automatic system).

I still managed to get the vehicle running by bypassing the starter relay.

I haven't been able to make any further progress; I keep getting error messages during the initial setup. However, now that I've updated VCDS, instead of an "unknown" error, it's crashing due to a malfunction.

Is there anyone who knows the exact requirements for this process?

I decided today to install Odis and fill out all the forms for the AMAG Group, but it will take 4-6 weeks to set everything up.
