Problems with the basic settings of the SQ100 transmission

I'm writing here for the first time. I hope you can help me.

I bought a VW UP, model year 2013, for my sister-in-law, which has an automated manual transmission (0ct / SQ100).

I performed a major service and repaired a few minor things.

After the work, I reset the service interval using VCDS and wanted to perform the basic settings (service) for the transmission as well.

The initialization process has started, and I could hear the switching operations, then the status changed from "running" to "unknown."

Now I have an error with code 19931 - Transmission system / P175F 00 (167) - Basic setting not performed.

I can't delete the error, and after trying again, I'm getting the same error.

It was working normally before.

Now I'm at a loss and I can't even start the car anymore.

I hope someone knows about this.

What was your selector switch position during the initial setup?

There appear to be two basic settings for this transmission:

IDE08641 -- Adjust clutch end position.
IDE08643 -- Adjustment of the clutch engagement point.

However, I don't have a detailed procedure for these settings.

Please do not perform any default settings that begin with the word "Reset..."

Here's a small update.

I read the instructions and understood them to a certain extent, but it took me a while to realize that my specific model doesn't have the two relays (this only applies to vehicles with a start-stop system).

I still managed to get the vehicle running by bypassing the starter relay.

I haven't made any further progress; I keep getting error messages during the initial setup. However, now, instead of an "unknown" error, the update from VCDS is causing the process to terminate due to a malfunction.

Is there anyone who knows the exact requirements for this process?

I decided today to install Odis and fill out all the forms for the AMAG Group, but it will take 4-6 weeks to set everything up.

If you select this adaptation channel and the preconditions are met (engine idling below 1100 RPM, selector in position N, parking brake engaged), what options will be available to you? Please take a Screenshot.

Since I ran those, I've been having this whole problem.
